Please read these Terms and Conditions BEFORE ordering items from my site.

I want your experience to be a pleasurable one and to ensure this I outline my return policy as follows:

Please be certain of your selections. You may return an item UN-USED within 10 days of shipment date and be credited for the full purchase price less shipping.

The exceptions are:

Custom items are non-returnable.  There are no returns or credits offered for custom items. If you have sizing or suitability questions, contact me and I will be happy to provide you with suggestions for your purchase.

Directions for return

1. Provide a reason for return.

2. Provide an Item# (s) you would like your credit to go towards. If you do not specify a replacement product I will assume you wish to have a store credit and your information will be kept on file for future use of your credit.
